Today I tried the limited edition pulled pork! And I like that I picked that for my meat. I'm used to getting in a routine of getting the same things over and over again. But this got me out of my comfort zone! And I must say I loved it. From this experience I have learned that I should give many other things a try and not go for my usual always.

With everything going on in life and trying to be healthy I try to relax and deal with stress by pacing myself with chores work and errands. I also love to listen to music in my headphones as loud as it will go. I specially love to do this before going to bed. I'm also working on not sweating the small stuff. Which can be hard at times. Taking deep breaths is also good for the soul. Drinking lots of water helps me feel good. These are a few things that help me.

The three things I want to accomplish in this genghis grill health k west journey are to loose weight. Think and be healthier and feel better.
I hope to loose a good amount of weight. I know that if I do loose weight it will make a world of a difference.
